Textile design in dialogue with the architecture.
As always, it was not the individual pieces of furniture that were the focus in the suites, but rather the ambience created by their combination.
Working closely with the architects and planners, we were responsible for the textile part, i.e. the layer that makes rooms tangible.
As in many hotels and private homes, passive principles are at the heart of the design: upholstered headboards with textured surfaces, solid curtains, textile floor coverings.
