A unique challenge that surpassed all our expectations and confronted us with an inspiring task: the newly built Bar M1 in Schliersee, beautifully situated on the lake by the same name.

Eva and Felix Skofitsch had a clear plan: they would NOT satisfy all the expectations that locals and guests have of a local bar. Totally different and with a flair of the big wide world - this is how it was supposed to look here.
